I acknowledge that the coaching services provided by my coach are not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical conditions. Additionally, I understand that my coach is not functioning as a mental health counselor or a medical professional.
I am aware that the coaching industry is presently unregulated, and my coach is not licensed by any state or country.
I fully understand and accept responsibility for my well-being during coaching sessions and thereafter, including my choices and decisions.
I acknowledge that coaching is not a replacement for medical care, emergency medical care, primary physician care, medical doctor counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment, and I will not use it as a substitute for any form of therapy.
I understand that any comments and suggestions offered by my coach are solely aimed at assisting me in achieving my defined goals. I give my informed consent to my coach to aid me in reaching these goals.
I recognize that while our collaboration may touch upon health-related matters, my coach does not guarantee outcomes such as increased health or the healing of any diseases or mental health issues.
I agree that my coach will maintain the confidentiality of my information unless otherwise stated in writing. In cases where I disclose child or elder abuse or neglect, or if I express intentions to harm myself or others, I understand that necessary actions will be taken, and confidentiality may be limited. Furthermore, I understand that if legally required, my coach may be obligated to provide information or testify.
I acknowledge the inherent risks to confidentiality associated with the use of technology such as email, text, phone, Zoom, Skype, and other platforms.
I hereby release, waive, acquit, and forever discharge my coach, along with any agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs, and employees, from any claims, suits, actions, demands, or rights to compensation for damages that may arise as a result of acts or omissions by either party in relation to the coaching relationship described in this agreement. I also affirm that no promises, inducements, or agreements outside of this agreement have been made to me. This agreement will be binding on my heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents.
Cancellation and refund policy for membership is as follows:
Cancellation of membership leads to immediate removal from the private membership group. Upon cancellation, access to the Heal With Fruits group is terminated, regardless of the remaining time on the membership. It is advisable to cancel toward the end of the billing cycle to maximize the paid-for time. Canceling membership forfeits any remaining time on the billing cycle regarding access to the private group.
Refunds for purchases: By purchasing membership, I agree to the terms and conditions and enter into a legally binding contract. Due to the nature of coaching, membership, and digital products, as well as the instant accessibility of downloadable digital content, refunds or partial refunds are not available once a purchase is made. All sales are final.
Refunds for recurring payments: By purchasing membership, I authorize automatic recurring payments and agree to the terms and conditions. There are no refunds or partial refunds for recurring payments. All recurring payments are final.
